How we handle your information
Last updated June 2026. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to reach us with questions.
Information we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you provide directly: name, contact details, and information relevant to the coverage you're asking about (such as your vehicle, property, or business details). We don't require any field beyond your name and a way to reach you, and most coverage questions on our forms are optional.
How we use it
Information you submit is used to prepare an insurance quote, route your request to a licensed agent, and follow up with you about that request. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Carrier sharing
To get you an actual quote, we share relevant details with the specific carrier(s) being quoted, consistent with normal insurance shopping. We don't share your information with carriers you didn't ask us to quote.
Communication & consent
By submitting a quote or contact form, you consent to be contacted by IronHaven by phone, text, or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply to SMS communication. You can ask to stop text or call contact at any time by replying STOP or telling your agent directly.
Data security
Quote and contact forms are submitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We limit access to your information to the agents and staff who need it to service your request or policy.
Document uploads
If you upload or email a document, such as a current declarations page, it's used solely to service your quote or policy request and is stored only as long as needed for that purpose.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to retain it for regulatory reasons. Contact us at cooperparsons@ironhaveninsurance.com to make any of these requests.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date below and post the revised version here.
