Track day coverage and PCA events
Porsche Club of America (PCA) track events are among the most popular performance driving events in NC. Most standard and even specialty policies exclude on-track incidents. If you attend PCA driver education events or track days at VIR or Carolina Motorsports Park, verify your coverage explicitly.
Some specialty carriers offer track day add-ons. Some drivers carry separate event policies. Cooper can walk through the options based on how often you track and which events you attend.

Is a 911 GT3 better covered under specialty or standard insurance?
A 911 GT3 in good condition often trades at or above MSRP in the used market. A standard policy applying depreciation to a GT3 will underpay you significantly. Agreed value specialty coverage is the right structure.
Does specialty Porsche insurance cover PCA track events?
Not automatically. Most specialty policies exclude on-track incidents. PCA driver education events are technically track activities. Verify with your carrier or talk to Cooper about what coverage options exist for your specific events.
Can I insure my 911 and my daily driver under the same specialty policy?
Many specialty carriers allow multi-vehicle policies that combine your Porsche with other vehicles. The structure depends on which carrier and how the other vehicles are classified.
