Why agreed value is the only right answer
Rolls-Royce Bespoke options mean every car is configured differently. Interior materials, color combinations, commissioned artwork, and personalization elements all affect the car's actual value. No standard depreciation table accounts for this.
A Phantom VIII with an extensively bespoked interior might be worth $50,000 more than a similar-year base example. The agreed value policy captures this. An ACV settlement does not.
Cooper's take
The Phantom owner who comes to me with a standard carrier policy is almost always insured for less than the car is worth. It isn't a deliberate choice, the standard market simply cannot price a bespoke, hand-built vehicle correctly. Chubb and PURE are the right carriers here.

Frequently asked questions
What carriers insure Rolls-Royce vehicles in North Carolina?
Chubb and PURE are the primary carriers for new Rolls-Royce vehicles at this value level. For older or classic examples, Hagerty and American Collectors are also options. Cooper can identify the right fit based on the specific model and how it is used.
Does the Rolls-Royce Cullinan need specialty insurance?
Absolutely. At $350,000 to $400,000+, the Cullinan is well above any standard carrier's comfort zone for accurate agreed value. It also has bespoke interior options that a standard adjuster would not know how to value.
How do I set the right agreed value for my Rolls-Royce?
A professional appraisal is the starting point, especially if the car has bespoke features. For newer models, current market comparables can establish value. Cooper works with carriers who have experience in this market and can guide the valuation conversation.
